YSR, LLC is a woman- and Latina-owned consultancy founded by Yiselle Santos Rivera. The practice works at the intersection of intercultural experience design, healthcare architecture, and organizational change management. Every engagement is grounded in the same conviction that guides her design work: systems built without justice and belonging built into them will eventually fail the people they were meant to serve.
