I am an architect, professor, and founder of YSR, LLC. I believe in designing systems that honor people first.

With over two decades in architecture and organizational leadership, I bring a systems thinking approach to architecture that centers community wellness, equity, and impact.

From Puerto Rico to Washington, DC, my story is about leading with curiosity, authenticity, care, and commitment. Whether mentoring students at Howard University or guiding equity strategies at national firms, I show up to build spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
